What the videographer sees when filming the story.

Victoria is preparing red wool roving as she gets ready to spin and sing. Johnny and Bryan are studying camera needs. We’re still in the living room. White marks on the floor show how much space needs to be kept empty of lighting equipment to bring the arch in and out of the living room.

Costume testing in August in the backyard.

Bringing in The Trees from Andrew, Jesse and Diane Moffat’s farm in Eden, Vermont. November 1, 2024.

Judson brings the first of the Trees into the living room, November 7, 2024. He’s turning it to find the best side. Windows are blacked out with paper shades.

Brian and Johnny of Hen House Media arrange the lighting in the living room.

Preparing to film the story, the finished Gothic arch is brought in and assembled between the Trees by Judson.
