If I buy a ticket for a Premiere showing, can I continue to watch the video on-demand in the days that follow?  

Premiere tickets are intended for those that can watch the video during the specific time of the first showing and then gather over Zoom afterwards to interact, sing carols, and share Christmas blessings. 

One or two days of streaming have been added to Premiere tickets due to requests to view the video again shortly after watching it for the first time.

Longer streaming opportunities are also available as a separate option.
There are NO Zoom gatherings with the streaming only tickets.  

While the time period for streaming is limited, there is no limit to the number of times you may watch the video during this time.

Respectfully, it is requested that the link not be shared with others, and that additional tickets be purchased, if needed. The income from ticket sales supports production of the videos. Professional musicians, videographers, graphic artists and others are paid for being involved in creating the work.

There is a sliding scale on ticket price to support access for all. If additional financial support is needed to be able to view the video, it is available.  To inquire about accommodations, please email info@christmascycle.com with a request for financial assistance.  Please put FINANCIAL AID REQUEST in the subject line and indicate an amount that would be financially feasible in the body of the email.

Can I buy a ticket for someone as a gift?  

Yes.  When you buy a ticket for someone else, please use the recipient’s email address when checking out so that they receive the confirmation email and future access emails. If you complete the checkout process using your email address, you will need to contact info@christmascycle.com with your order number to request the gift recipient’s email address be used for distributing access information. If your email address is used, the ticket will come to you only. 

My plans have changed. Can I change the date of my ticket? 

If you need to change the date of your ticket, it is necessary to first buy a new ticket for the new date.  Then contact info@christmascycle.com and put TICKET DATE CHANGE NEEDED in the Subject area.  A refund for the cost of the first ticket will be issued less the processing fees that have already been assessed.  It may take up to a week to appear on your credit card.

I can’t make the ticket purchasing process work.  What are the steps? 

Tickets will go on sale November 25, 2023. At that time, please go to the Tickets page to make your ticket selection(s). Click the “Learn More” button under the showing you are interested in to be led to the purchasing page. On that page will be an “Add to Cart” button.

To proceed to checkout, use the link at the bottom of the page or click here. You will be guided through the checkout process with additional requests for information. If you have a discount code, please enter it during the checkout process before submitting your order.

How many tickets should I buy?  We’re using only one computer. 

Premiere Tickets

Tickets for the Premiere are issued per person.  Buy the number of tickets for the number of people who will be watching with you.  There are several levels of support (ticket price) to choose from when purchasing Premiere tickets.

Tickets are available at different levels of support pricing to reflect a range of support levels for generating income toward the costs of production and distribution of the story. The videographers, web designer, musicians and additional helpers are being paid, as well as additional expenses for props and the licensing of music and images.

Streaming Tickets

Due to a technological computer complexity, streaming tickets can only be issued one per computer. If more than one household needs access, or if you are purchasing an additional ticket for someone outside your household, please submit a separate order and include the recipient’s email address at checkout.

There is an intention of making the stories available to anyone who would like to hear them, so lower price tickets are available.

Why is the streaming event a different price? 

Going online means that many processes become automated.  The automated ticket sales system being used will only allow a single sale of video streaming information at a single price.  

The option of multiple prices for tickets does not exist for streaming sales. However, financial need accommodations are available. Is there financial assistance for streaming tickets? 

Yes.  The option for additional levels of pricing does not exist for streaming, however, financial assistance is available for those needing it.  An email should be sent to info@christmascycle.com with a request for financial assistance. Please put FINANCIAL AID REQUEST in the subject line. 

Can the streaming option be available for a longer period of time?

The Christmas Cycle stories are told at or near the specific date or time of year that they take place.  This limits the length of time that streaming is available.  

Is this video available through YouTube?  

No.  It is not on YouTube.  

Is this event happening through Zoom?

The video takes place outside of Zoom.  This was done to support the most consistent and fluid method of receiving the video with no interruptions. 

For the Premiere, after watching the video on the web link provided through email to ticket holders, a virtual gathering will take place on Zoom.  To go to the gathering, when the video is completed, click the Zoom link located on the web link beneath the video screen.
